Mrs. Bobbie Saulsberry was elected to the board in April 2007, and re-elected in April 2010.   She served as President in 2009-2010. She is a new business representative with Missouri Gas Energy. She holds an Associates degree from Penn Valley Community College and served on the Growing With Pride Levy Committee. She is married to Johnny and their children all attended Raytown Schools. She currently has grandchildren in the Raytown Schools. (Term ends April 2013)
 
Ms. Amy Tittle was elected to the board in 2006, re-elected in 2009, and currently serves as vice president. She is a retired teacher with 31 years in Missouri education and 25 of those years in the Raytown School District. Tittle works at the Mid-Continent Public Library. She holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a reading education specialist degree from the University of Missouri- Kansas City. Tittle is the founder of the Amy Tittle Professional Development Scholarship operated by the Raytown Educational Foundation.Tittle’s son, Bart, is a former early childhood education teacher and now a graduate student at Erickson Institute in Chicago.

Dr. Kristie Collins-Delarber was elected to the board in 2006 and re-elected in April 2009. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in business from Regis University in Colorado, PhD in Knowledge and Business Management from Northcentral University in Arizona, and is a Process Engineer with IBM. Collins-Delarber is a Raytown High School graduate and is actively involved in PTA and PTSA. She has a daughter in high school and twin sons in elementary school.

Mr. Terry E. Landers was elected to the board in 2005 and in 2008. He is a retired educator and administrator from the Raytown School District after 31 years. He is an active member of the Raytown Retired Teachers and School Personnel Association, and other organizations. He and his wife, Susan, are parents of two Raytown South High School graduates and the grandparents of two Raytown School District students.

Mrs. Cathy Mack was appointed to the board in 2004 and then elected in 2005 and 2008. She is married to Gary and has two children, Kyle, 2008 RSHS graduate, and Amy who attends Raytown South High School.

Mr. Rick Moore was elected in 2005 and 2008, and was selected as Board President in May of 2010 . He formerly served on the Raytown Board of Alderman, from 1989 to 1997. Rick works for the U.S. Department of Education as an Institutional Review Specialist, working with the financial aid departments of universities and post-secondary schools. He graduated from Raytown High School in 1981, and from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, Missouri, in 1985. Rick is a Red Coater for the Kansas City Chiefs and a member of First Baptist Church of Raytown. He and his wife Robin, have three children, Ellis, Skylar, and Chancellor. The two youngest attend Robinson Elementary, where Rick also attended. (Term ends April 2011)
 
Mr. Rick Thode was elected to the Board in 2009and re-elected in 2010. He is a retired Certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kansas City. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He and his wife Sandy have three sons. (Term ends April 2013)
