Want to volunteer with kids in schools? Here's all you need to do:

1. Fill out an application and background check form.  CLICK HERE to download a Missouri resident application and screening forms.  Or call 816-268-7027to request the forms. 
TO FILL IN THE FORM ONLINE, JUST CLICK ON THE FORM AND TYPE DIRECTLY ON THE SPACES. USE THE TAB KEY TO MOVE TO THE NEXT FIELD OF THE FORM.  THEN PRINT IT AND MAIL IT TO THE ADDRESS BELOW.

The forms must be mailed because an original signature is required for screening purposes.

2. Choose a school and volunteer activity.  Review the Raytown YouthFriends Menu of Activities to choose one or more volunteer opportunities.
