Dr. Kristie Collins
was elected to the board in 2006 and re-elected in April 2009, 2012, and 2015. She currently serves as Board President. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in business from Regis University in Colorado, PhD in Knowledge and Business Management from Northcentral University in Arizona, and is a Process Engineer with IBM. Collins is a Raytown High School graduate and is actively involved in PTA and PTSA. She has a daughter who is a Raytown High graduate and twin sons in middle school. (Term ends April 2018)

Mr. Terry E. Landers was elected to the board in 2005, 2008, 2011, 2014, and 2017. He is a retired educator and administrator from the Raytown School District after 31 years. He is an active member of the Raytown Retired Teachers and School Personnel Association, and other organizations. He and his wife, Susan, are parents of two Raytown South High School graduates, and the grandparents of one Raytown School District graduate and a current district student. (Term ends April 2017)

Dr. Pam Arlund
was elected to the Board in April 2013 and re-elected in April of 2016. Dr. Arlund currently serves as Board Vice President. She works for All Nations Family, INC. as the Director of Training and as a member of the U.S. Board of Directors. Dr. Arlund also works for Johnson County Community College. Dr. Arlund is a Raytown High School graduate. She received her Masters of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Linguistics at the University of Texas at Arlington. (Term ends April 2019)

Mr. Rick Moore
was elected in 2005, 2008, 2011, 2014, and 2017 and previously served as Board President. He formerly served on the Raytown Board of Alderman, from 1989 to 1997. Rick works for the U.S. Department of Education as an Institutional Review Specialist, working with the financial aid departments of universities and post-secondary schools. He graduated from Raytown High School in 1981, and from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, Missouri, in 1985. Rick is a Red Coater for the Kansas City Chiefs and a member of First Baptist Church of Raytown. He and his wife Robin, have three children, Ellis, a Raytown South graduate, Skylar, a student at Raytown High School, and Chancellor, who attends Raytown South High School. (Term ends April 2020)

Director

Mrs. Beth Plank was elected in April of 2017. She and her husband Aaron have four children who attend Raytown schools. Abigail, Calvin, and Gideon attend Raytown High and Maxwell attends Raytown Central Middle. She has been involved with PTA serving as President at Norfleet and Central Middle and on Raytown PTA Council in a variety of roles including Council President from 2013-2015. She has also been a part of the Community Advisory Committee in 2010-2011 and 2016-2017 and a parent representative for the Raytown District Refresh Bond Issue that passed in 2014. Beth attends Life Connection Church and works for Batts Communications in Raytown. (Term ends April 2020)

Mrs. Bobbie Saulsberry
was elected to the board in April 2007, and re-elected in April 2010 2013 and 2016. She served as President in 2009-2010. She is a SC/I Business Development Representative with Missouri Gas Energy. She holds an Associates degree from Penn Valley Community College and served on the Growing With Pride Levy Committee. She is married to Johnny and their children all attended Raytown Schools. She currently has grandchildren in the Raytown Schools. (Term ends April 2019)

Ms. Amy Tittle
was elected to the board in 2006, re-elected in 2009, 2012, and 2015. She is a retired teacher with 31 years in Missouri education and 25 of those years in the Raytown School District. Tittle also worked at the Mid-Continent Public Library. She holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a reading education specialist degree from the University of Missouri- Kansas City. Tittle is the founder of the Amy Tittle Professional Development Scholarship operated by the Raytown Educational Foundation. Tittle’s son, Bart, is an elementary teacher. (Term ends April 2018)

Mrs. Rachel Johnston is in her first year as Board of Education Secretary.  Rachel previously worked in the finance department, as the Director of Technology's secretary, and as Principal's Secretary at Raytown High School.
