Enrollment Information
2024-25 enrollment opens on July 15! Click here to access information on how to enroll.
- All enrollments will be processed online electronically through the parent portal. If you need assistance, please contact the Enrollment Center.
- All returning families can enroll online and submit required documents via email residency@raytownschools.org or fax 816.268.7079.
- Students must be enrolled by Aug. 7, 2024 to ensure they are assigned district transportation by the first day of school. Student(s) enrolled after Aug. 7, 2024 will not be guaranteed district transportation and may experience a delay in receiving their assigned bus route.
Important Shots and Vaccination Information
- All incoming 8th graders will need a Tdap and MCV shot before they can start school in August.
- All incoming 12th graders will need two MCV shots unless the first shot was given after age the age of 16. In that case, they will only need one shot before they can start in August.
- Please do not wait until August to get these required vaccinations because you run the risk of doctor's offices/ health departments running out of the vaccinations before your child can receive one. Please be aware that if your child does not have their vaccination or exemption card by the first day of school, they will not be able to start until they provide proof of the vaccination/ exemption. There will be NO exceptions. Please turn in proof of the vaccinations to the nurse's office as soon as you get them.

Please note: InfoFinder is used as a tool to locate transportation routes for residents who live within the district’s attendance boundaries. Residents who live close to a school's boundary line or who live outside of the district's attendance area may receive inaccurate results when using this system. To verify if your address is within the Raytown Quality Schools attendance boundaries, please visit the Jackson County Assessment site and use the Online Assessment Data search tool. The information provided in this tool will show which district receives taxes from the address provided.

Student Schedules
Secondary Schedule Pick Up - At School of Attendance
Elementary schools will host Meet the Teacher August 19 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Middle school schedule pick-up will take place at the orientation night scheduled at each middle school August 19 from 5:00- 7:00 p.m. at your child's school of attendance. High school students and families will be able access schedules on Focus (new student information system) on Friday, August 16 at 5pm. Instructions on how to access the schedules will be provided by the schools. Please contact your child's school for more information.
