Sparkle Empowerment Conference

The RQS Sparkle Empowerment Conference brings together students and area women leaders and experts in a wide variety of fields. The purpose of the conference is to empower female students with knowledge and life lessons on a range of topics including resume writing, interview skills, etiquette, internet safety, financial literacy, under the radar jobs and much more. The young ladies who attend the conference are a diverse group in grades four through twelve.

We are thrilled to host the second annual RQS Sparkle Empowerment Conference on April 10, 2025 at the Raytown Schools Education Conference Center.
