Parent Notification System Phone

To alert our families to timely, important, or emergency information, the District uses ParentLink’s automated telephone notification system. When contacting parents and guardians we will call your primary number as listed in the SISK12 Parent Portal provided at enrollment.  Please visit the Parent Portal to view contact information on file for your household. To change your information, the District utilizes an electronic form (eform) to update email/phone/and emergency contact information. This form can be accessed through a parent's/guardian's SISK12 portal. For instructions on how to access the form, please view our instructional video at https://youtu.be/W7olmEYCE6g. If you have questions, please contact studentsupport@raytownschools.org. Please note that these changes can only be made through the eform.

If you receive our automated calls in error, please contact either the school (if the school name is mentioned in the messages) or the District at 816-268-7000 to allow us to update the incorrect data in our system.

Need to replay a message?

If you miss a message from a school or the District, you can replay that message as well as several previous messages. To do this, simply call 1-855-4REPLAY (1-855-473-7529) from the phone that you were originally called on. 

Accidentally opted out? No problem. Here is how to opt back in:

  • For phone calls: Call the Blackboard Phone Hotline at "855-502-STOP (855-502-7867)" from the phone line that has been opted out.
  • For text (SMS) messages: Reply START to "60680" from the phone line that has been opted out.
