2025-26 RQS Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals

Mission:
As an Instructional Leadership Team (ILT), we will lead and serve district staff by modeling a collaborative culture with support structures that ensure successful academic and social-emotional growth for all staff, students, and families.

Vision:

As an Instructional Leadership Team (ILT), we will be transformational instructional leaders providing consistent, proactive and responsive support to ensure growth and sustained high performance in the areas of academics and social-emotional health for all staff, students, and families.

Goals:

• By June 2026, ILT will maintain at least 98% completion of weekly WIG commitments, improving upon the 97.7% achieved in 2024-2025.
• By June 2026, the ILT will achieve a cumulative average of at least 98.5% Strongly Agree/Agree on the Customer Service Survey, exceeding the 98.2% achieved in 2024-2025. Furthermore, ILT will improve the "Sets Clear Goals" Strongly Agree % average from 72.7% to 75%.
• By June 2026, the ILT will meet 91% (31/34) or more of Strategic Planning Projects' Goals, improving on the 89% success rate (31/35) from 2024-2025.
