Communication Protocol

Raytown Quality Schools strives to resolve concerns from parents, guardians and the public regarding district programs. If you have a concern, inquiry or suggestion, we want to hear from you.

Raytown Quality Schools has developed communication protocols - outlined below - in order to promote direct, open, and respectful interactions in order to efficiently work through concerns.

Follow the guide below to ensure you are connected with the correct person to answer any questions or address a concern promptly. Please allow staff 24 - 72 hours to respond, Monday through Friday during the business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Chain of Command

The communication protocol starts with the staff member closest to the situation, as that person will usually have the most information. At times, additional personnel are required to resolve specific situations. Appropriate communication channels for a variety of topics are listed here. The district encourages questions from parents and residents regarding school matters. See the flyer below for Chain of Command.
