The Communications and Community Relations Department is responsible for district public and media relations, internal and external communications (ie: informational pieces for district elections), which includes the district website and social media. The volunteer program, which includes RayFriends and the Caring for Kids Partnership, is also managed by this department. Other programs administered by the department are:
