What do I need to know before registering for care?

• Great Expectations Before and After School Care (GE) registration is separate from District enrollment and all students are required to enroll through Residency Department prior to registering for before and after school care.
• Registration for GE is not approved until your District enrollment is approved.
• The Registration Fee is due at the time of enrollment (all registrations and fees are paid online).
• We encourage all families to apply for Free and Reduced Lunch to see if you qualify for reduced fees. GE does not accept subsidy at this time.
• Waitlist will form when sites are full. Please see our waitlist Q & A for more information. 

 When does before and after school care registration open?

Wednesday, July 16, 2026 for the 2025-2026 school year and will remain open until the beginning of May.

Can I use my cell phone to register?

Yes, the registration process is mobile friendly.

Where is before and after school care located?

Before and after-school, care is provided at all ten elementary schools to help provide a seamless day for our students from 6:30 a.m. until school starts and at school dismissal until 6 p.m.
