Students Place in State FBLA Competition, Qualify for National Competition

A student from Raytown High School and a student from Raytown South High School placed in the Missouri Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) competition. The competition was held virtually this year.

Raytown High School student Brooklyn Jenkins placed fifth in the state FBLA competition in the Networking Infrastructure event and qualified for the National FBLA competition. The National FBLA competition will held virtually June 28-July 2. As part of the event, Jenkins completed a test over general network terminology and concepts, network operating system concepts, network security, equipment for network access, OSI model functionality, network topologies, and connectivity.

Raytown South High student Reily Berroteran placed eleventh in the state FBLA competition in the Political Science event.

The FBLA sponsors at Raytown High School are Johnna Natali and Lindsey Pulverenti. The FBLA Sponsor at Raytown South High is Venus Webster.
