District to use Peachjar for flyer distribution

The Raytown C-2 School District is getting ready to launch a new electronic flyer communication tool called “Peachjar.” Each school in the district will have a new “electronic backpack” system where school information, calendars, activity information from enrichment providers, and school letters will be posted.

This “green” initiative will save our schools tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. On top of that, posting school flyers in this electronic backpack removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.

District families who provided an email address at enrollment will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. This is provided to give parents/guardians the opportunity to manage their account and flyer delivery preferences; however, logging in is not required to receive or view school digital flyers. As another option to view school-approved digital flyers, simply click the Peachjar button on your school’s website homepage or download the district's free mobile app in the Apple or Google Play stores.

This system is used exclusively for distribution of district-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

More information about this initiative is available on the Peachjar page
