Immunization/COVID-19 Clinics

The Raytown C-2 School District is partnering with the Jackson County Health Department (JACOHD) to host onsite COVID-19 vaccine and back-to-school immunization clinics for Raytown C-2 students aged 12-22 who are new or returning for the 2021-2022 School Year. 

Currently, COVID-19 vaccinations are 100% voluntary; however, children attending school must be immunized against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, meningococcal, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B and varicella.

The clinics will offer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, which requires two doses, The second dose will be scheduled three weeks after the first. The Health Department will operate the clinics at the Raytown Schools Wellness Center,10301 E State Rte 350, Raytown, MO 64138, with the assistance of community health partners. 

To schedule an appointment and sign the consent form online, please carefully follow the registration link below. Second dose appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine will need to be scheduled based on the date/time selected for the first dose. Registration links for second doses and clinics taking place later in the summer will be provided in the coming weeks by JACOHD.

Clinics are for Raytown C-2 students, including students from other districts attending Herndon Career Center, who meet the eligibility criteria only. Parents/guardians and other adult family and/or community members are not eligible to attend these onsite clinics.

  • Tuesday, June 8
  • Tuesday, June 29
    • Dose 1 of Pfizer COVID vaccine available for those who did not receive the first dose on June 8
    • Dose 2 of Pfizer COVID vaccine available for all who received their first dose on June 8
    • MCV and Tdap Immunizations available

  • Monday, July 19
    • Dose 2 of Pfizer COVID vaccine available for all who received their first dose on June 29
    • MCV and Tdap Immunizations available 
    • Save the date - registration link will be provided in the coming weeks by JACOHD. 

To prepare for your visit to one of our COVID-10/immunization clinics here’s what you need to know:

  • JACOHD will not be taking any walk-ins at the clinics.
  • JACOHD cannot guarantee a second appointment if the first one is missed.
  • Masks and cloth coverings are required to be worn at all times within the clinic.
  • Students may only be accompanied by one parent or guardian.
