Women's History Month

March is Women's History Month!

Every year March is designated as Women’s History Month by Presidential proclamation. The month is set aside to honor, commemorate, and encourage the study and observance of women’s contributions in American history.

Women have served as pioneers, activists, entrepreneurs, artists, doctors, nurses, caretakers, and more, all of which have played a vital role in American history, helping to shape the world into what it is today.
